Cinemas around Rochester

Cineworld Cinema - Rochester

Medway Valley Lesiure Park, Chariot Way, Rochester ME2 2SS, UK – 0871 200 2000

A great cinema, with mostly always clean screens. Prices for tickets are fair and not too much but are good for what you get. Snacks are expensive as they are in all cinemas but also like many others, they don't enforce the 'don't bring your own' rule that strictly if at all. Overall, a nice cinema to enjoy a movie in.

Me and my husband have unlimited cards for cineworld and we love it here! However the parking facilities here are ridiculous if it's the first day a film has been released you have to leave insanely early so that you don't end up driving round and round looking for a spot! The cinema itself is nice and clean, the seats are a little dated however still comfy.

Odeon

Leviathan Way, Chatham ME4 4LL, UK – 0333 014 4501

The projector bulb needed to be replaced so there were no trailers. Picture and sound were good. Kids liked the pick a day mix. I think it's junk. Presence of Costa coffee is a plus for me.

Been here many times and have never had a screen that hasn't been clean, tickets aren't cheap as such but they're no more expensive then any other cinema which is understandable for a nice cinema like this. The snacks are expensive, as they are in any cinema, but they're not strict about you bringing your own in. Never had a problem with any of the screenings either so altogether a nice cinema that I'd recommend to anyone.

Theatres for Rochester

Central Theatre

170 High St, Chatham ME4 4AS, UK – 01634 338338

lovely theatre. well run and amazing shows. staff friendly. a lift for those that can't do stairs. and a chair lift for disabled users. also has a bar and nice clean toilets.

I really like this theatre. Still has a lot of the original features. Has some good shows and is in a central location.

The Brook Theatre

5 The Brook, Chatham ME4 4SE, UK – 01634 338338

Each year this theatre puts on a fabulous Christmas pantomime for children aged between 3 & 6 years. We have been going for the last 3 years & loved it every time!!

The play by three towns put on at the theatre was very good. Cast crew staff and orchestra were all very high standard.

Medway Little Theatre

256 High St, Rochester ME1 1HY, UK – 01634 400322

Great little venue. First time we've been. The performance was excellent much better than expected.

Enjoyable local theatre which puts on many productions. So find one that you would like to see and enjoy
